Our in-house team is led by Managing Director Gregg Joslin and Planning Director Chris Rees.

Gregg has extensive experience in land acquisitions, planning and development and has a wide knowledge of the residential property market.  In 2009 he started Alfred Homes, a niche housebuilding company that now enjoys a reputation for delivering some of the most sought-after new homes throughout Hampshire. Gregg is responsible for all land acquisitions, and has successfully led his team to gain consent on a number of sensitive projects.

Chris joined the team following 12 years with Savills Planning where he specialised in the successful delivery of several high profile residential and mixed-use strategic projects. He also chaired the Savills Planning Strategic Land Group. In recent years he has been instrumental in bringing to fruition some major developments in the South, notably Berewood in Waterlooville, comprising some 3000 homes. This included negotiating one of the first solely private Rented Sector (PRS) schemes outside of London. He also worked on a project comprising 4,000 homes at Wellesley, as part of the redevelopment of Aldershot Barracks. 

Gregg and Chris are supported by our Legal Counsel, Victoria Onoufriou, formerly a Partner in the Commercial Property Department at Paris Smith Solicitors, where she advised on our land acquisitions and associated matters since 2009, and by our Land and Planning Manager, Amy Nash.  This wide-ranging experience and expertise in acquisition, planning and promotion is supported by our in-house technical, commercial and construction teams, each led by experts within their respective fields.
